Yahara Dental Team visits Lambeau Field
Our staff had the unique experience of attending the Creating Exceptional Patient Experience Seminar presented by The Ritz- Carlton Leadership Center held at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. While Dr. Thor and Paula attended a half-day leadership session on day one the rest of the team was able to go on a Lambeau Field tour. A great time was had by all and we are excited to start practicing what we learned.
Seattle Study Club
Our Yahara Dental team had another day of great continuing education at a seminar hosted by the Seattle Study Club called 5 Choices to Extra Ordinary Production presented by Franklin Covey. We learned about daily distractions and how to prioritize our responsibilities. As life continues to get busier and busier we sometimes struggle as every day brings us a crushing wave of demands: a barrage of texts, emails, interruptions, meetings, phone calls, tweets, blogs–not to mention the high-pressure challenges of our jobs–that can be overwhelming and exhausting.
