Our Dental Health Savings Plan offers an affordable option for patients without dental insurance. Pay once per year for your plan and enjoy the included services without restrictions. The Dental Health Savings Plan is an individual plan and may not be shared or transferred to another patient. No refunds will be issued for fees paid, including failure to schedule or maintain appointments. It is solely the patient’s responsibility to schedule and keep their appointments. Plan duration is 1 year from the date of enrollment. Services not covered in the plan receive discount of 15% for cash or check payments and 13% with debit or credit card payments.
